near the ocean mist
before dawn while waiting sit
and stars above dimming shy
to hurry ‘cross this southern sky
i found those words before the trip
staccatoed strings upon a hip
that refrain could take the moon
upon a spritely flight
sparkle glint in deep eyes
inclement or glorious
every moment [...]
