an unknown alien sensation
by tanner brockwell

an unknown alien sensation
that flows
in the interminable wax
and wane
the shewn long feign
of list and claim
all semblance all composed
the dew the drops then rose
as dim inspiration brightly come
burn me softly between softly
and sop is it at the milky edge
spilled the shaker out out out
past radiance past second
faster thrust by frequent
particles that accelerate
two pounds for a ton
could get beyond the sun
its cold at night now
colder even than how
the muddy puddles icy
and then the transmigration
ascent diffuse ascend
in the far arc of invisible bows
constellation mythologized by
the line of tellers immemorial
that passed the first tale
from lips to air to ear
the reverberant hanging
of waves in the clear space
between here and there
small embellishment
just little things
had first bracelets
rings and the hand
in clockwork conditioned fell
swept around three score
three score and tell
the sands have passed significance
the meaning is not far
night is but the dim time then
that is picked by star and star
as tireless armies in the night
sat quiet round the fires watch
til dawn was rosy pink
amongst the frosting
heahhhh shuuuuuuuuuuyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
initialized and drew
hearts in total
be true
