by better times today
by tanner brockwell
by better times today
sleeting as the sky
open with a low low air
there is wonder
for those who wander there
the nights start filled humid
the air sprinkling fell everywhere
and clink clink the brewed tea
tap tapping thoughts tap away
phosphor luminescence rainbow hue
there amongst the tappings true
the laid out thoughts blocks so arrange
the steps along a winding path
visited to the sandy shore
long long ago and far for more
days driving drive into the night
days drive day swept oh so tight
i remember sheltered stars
noted for their absence
that stretching out
spinning rays arms to arms
tip to very tip
and touch with a connection
