past the structures

07:18 in poems by Tanner

past the structures
by tanner brockwell

past the structures
the ruptures
the up thrown
tinders to owns
and hewn or sewn
or flash welds
that joined
the severed links
upon the pink
and they were cold
but smooth
and chinking clinking
swung about
and there was danger
and a dare
and even then there was
underneath
a buzz a bit
the under known
in a sense
mind lock on pause
and press play
press deep
and explode
into being
in the depths
reach
and drawing past
oh this is this
this is all at last
an energy and a smile
the energetic while
that spinning leaves a charge
that keeps humming
there is no beginning
thus there is no end
but the circle and the link
