the myth of the many words
by tanner brockwell (cc) 2007

the myth of the many words
there is some truth
that each word you breathe
closer to the last
closer til it is passed
the milestone
the leagues we flew
only the clouds would know
there was a passing
then arrival
stations in a hurried daze
pneumatic wheels squealed
guardians engrossed
the commotion of the surrounding
up and at them rounding
a real page turner
