with the words
notes
the ligaments of method
drawn to tension
pulled tight
this gem
this jewel
each one placed
reflecting grace
reflecting torment
reflecting the world and sky
last night the clouds
opened without reason
to wash and clean
the too hot night
cooled with drops
drops into torrents
a flood of meaning
so easy to see
so easy to say
how could i be
anything but
what i am
what i can
anything less
fails and falls
