ticking clocks
by tanner brockwell (cc) 2007

ticking clocks
heartstop
taxi taxi taxi
in the back
going back
downtown
tear it down
take it off
suspiciouns surround
veiled glory
in the morning
naked verily
in shame now
shame on you
your foolin’
fallin’ failin’
couldn’t keep it up
horizon burns
traces of minerals
incinerate
cars run late
and i’m waiting waiting
waiting for the train
