you have sultry eyes
by tanner brockwell (cc) 2007

you have sultry eyes
simmering
smoldering
the passion is so close
through half a gaze
emotions whether in abeyance
a check — certain a hold
the eyes speak
i know there are volumes to tell
the mysteries
the feelings
the way your heart goes
where your heart goes
you have sultry eyes
simmering
all a smoldering
asking for
asking now
the sultry eyes
