imagine the fiery and the real

imagine the fiery and the real
by tanner brockwell

imagine the fiery and the real
then imagine what you can feel
imagine the boundary of watery night
imagine the comfort of stalwart light

create the record that you knew
then create what makes you true
create a home of lovely rue
create a message a message to

reflect on the longest way
then reflect on your longest day
reflect the source of all you say
reflect as you will or as you may

absorb the flow of cascading mirth
then absorb the tone of ancient worth
absorb for this now before after dearth
absorb the soul absorb rebirth
